About
Pharm Management System abbreviated as Pharmms is a booking management system for pharmacies in the UK. Pharmacies use Pharmms to manage their bookings for vaccinations, health tests, blood tests and private minor consultations. Pharmms also provide clinical PGDS approved by our medical officers for pharmacies so they can carry out their travel and covid vaccinations with their customers.
FEATURES
INTEGRATED PAYMENT SYSTEM
Pharmms uses a number of payment gateways including Stripe and Takepayments. This means customers/patients can select their services, select the booking time slot and make payment.
MYPHARMI
Pharmms is integrated with the national pharmacy booking system MYPHARMI. All orders and booking from MYPHARMI are integrated and populated into the booking calendar system in your Pharmms account. This means you can benefit from the marketing of your services both nationally and locally.
BOOKING SYSTEM
Pharmms booking system and calendar allows you to add, view and edit bookings for all your activities. This can be based on \ organisation opening and closing times or availability of clinicians. The booking system provides automatic confirmation and reminders. Confirmation emails and SMS reminders are triggered automatically with new bookings or changes in appointments.
COVID PCR / LFT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Pharmms also has an integrated PCR/LFT despatch and collection system which is linked to UKAS registered laboratories. Pharmacies can register their customers or patients for their covid PCR tests for travelling and non-travelling purposes.
BOOKING WIDGETS
Pharmms has developed a prepopulated pharmacy booking widget for all the pharmacy services. This widget developed in secure ASP.net can be placed on your own pharmacy website for customers and patients to book their services.
PRE-POPULATED MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRES
Pharmms has populated the most relevant medical questionnaires for pharmacies. Patients will complete these online before their appointments. These are automatically sent to the patients on confirmation of booking
LABS
Lab tests APIs are integrated into Pharmms, which means covid PCR tests, blood tests, allergy tests etc from different labs are autopopulated straight into your patient/customer accounts, and are sent out seamlessly to their email accounts or by SMS.
CONSULTATION CHECKLIST
Every booking has a quality assured consultation process, with built in checks for medical questionnaires and medical consent forms, and once booking has been completed, there is an option for after care emails.
DESPATCH SYSTEM
Pharmacies can now offer to despatch their tests nationally and locally using the Pharmms despatch system with integrated APIs from DPD, DHL, Royal Mail and Shiptheory. If pharmacies do not have the back-office administration team to carry out these tasks, they can outsource these to Pharmms.
VACCINATION & PGDs
Pharmms provides a library of PGDs for various travel vaccinations which have been signed of by our medical and nursing professionals. This service is free for pharmacies who have subscription with Pharmms.
